FLU CLINIC INFORMATION
As always, we strongly recommend flu vaccine for all patients 6 months of age and older.
Children younger than 9 years of age who have not had a total of at least 2 flu vaccines in their life before this fall will need 2 doses of the vaccine, at least 4 weeks apart.
Everyone else needs just one flu vaccine this fall.
If your child has an upcoming appointment, he/she may receive the vaccine at that time.
If you are unable to make it to our clinic, check with your local board of health, or urgent care facilities.
Our office will not be scheduling separate appointments for the flu vaccine.
We are excited to welcome Alexis Mejia, PA-C to our Town Center Pediatrics family! Alexis earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in Worcester. Before becoming a PA, she worked as a medical assistant in family medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and a special passion for working with children and families. Originally from a large Peruvian family, she values the importance of cultural connection and communication in healthcare, and is fluent in Spanish.
She is looking forward to providing compassionate care and is committed to helping our patients live their healthiest lives.

If your child is sick when our office is closed, they can be seen at our sister clinic, Pedi-Q Urgent Care, also located in Northborough.
