Taking some time to prepare for your visit can help ensure both you and your child make the most of your time at Town Center Pediatrics. Begin by creating a list of any medications or supplements your child is taking, as well as any medical conditions they’re being treated for.

Make a note of when their symptoms became apparent and under what conditions. This information helps your provider better understand the circumstances that led to your visit.

It can be challenging to stay calm when your child is sick or injured. But kids definitely pick up on the emotional state of their parents, and the more calm and stable you are, the easier it is for them to remain calm, as well.
