Dear Families, We are writing to inform you that Dianne Aguirre, PA-C, will be leaving Town Center Pediatrics. Her last day is estimated to be October 23, 2025. We are grateful for the compassionate care she has provided and know she will be missed by patients and staff alike.
Please know that we are actively recruiting a new provider to join our team. We are currently in the stages of hiring a bilingual candidate who is expected to start at the beginning of the New Year.
In the meantime, we will be rescheduling affected appointments with the most appropriate provider based on your care needs. Please be aware that this interim provider may not be your permanent rendering provider, as we must also consider each provider’s panel capacity and availability.
We understand that changes like this can be disruptive and appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition. Our commitment remains to provide you with the highest quality care during this time and beyond.
